Policies & Conditions

In order to provide the best service possible and be fair to all clients, I ask that you comply with the following scheduling policies. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the following policies. No exceptions whatsoever.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any deposits are transferable to another scheduled appointment if there is a cancellation before the 24 hour cancellation period. 

Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment at any time free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel an appointment, you are welcome to reschedule for a future date based on availability. 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling your appointment is a reserved right on a rare occasion that your appointment may have to be rescheduled because of sickness or other reasons. If rescheduling does not work for you, a full refund will be returned. 

Late Policy

If you are 15 minutes late or more the right to cancel your appointment will be reserved

Booking/Deposits

A deposit is required to hold your appointment. The remaining balance is due day of appointment. A non-refundable deposit must be paid for any service. 

No Call/No Show Policy

If client does not cancel their scheduled appointment online within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time and does not show up at scheduled appointment, 100% of the service will be charged and client will be unable to book future services. 

 

Guests and Children

Due to limited space, please do not bring guests to your appointment. Seating is for clients only. Please leave children/guests at home when coming to your appointment. 

Refunds

There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service, and notify us within 5 days after appointment  every effort will be made to find a solution to achieve your specific needs.
